came about as a result of a chance meeting between John Graveling and Nashville singer-songwriter Kevin Montgomery. Out of that meeting came Kevins first U.K. tour in the spring of 2000, accompanied by guitarist Doug Pettibone, famous for his time as lead guitarist in Jewels road band.
Fueled by that success and a radio session for Bob Harris Country, a full band tour was organised for August 2000. Doug was unable to accompany Kevin, so the guitar slot was filled by Pat Buchanan. Another singer-songwriter, Jeff Finlin, came along to open the shows. A lasting friendship was formed with Pat and Jeff, and another tour was booked for February 2001.
Subsequent tours have included Will Kimbrough, famous for his work with Rodney Crowell, Kim Richey and Allison Moorer. Further visits to Nashville have resulted in the JEG roster filling up with quality singer-songwriters like Joy Lynn White, Chelle Rose, Rod Picott, Suzi Ragsdale, Duane Jarvis and Kate Campbell joining the ranks.
Throughout all this, the support of Bob Harris has been fundamental to raising our artist's profiles and all have, at one time or another, done live sessions for his Country or Saturday night shows.
JEG Artist Management's mission is to provide a personable service built to meet the needs of each individual artist we represent.
